“Which horses will be included in the Friday evening preview? Will I be able to watch it online?”

It is our intention to include all sale horses in the preview, weather and time permitting. Please click on the link on the auction homepage to view the live webcast of the preview.

“Will the horses be auctioned in the order they appear on this website?”

No, the auction order will be posted on Saturday morning, June 1, 2013.

“Are the horses in the sale currently for sale by private treaty?”

No but we welcome your bids on Saturday, June 1, 2013.

“Will there be food and beverages available during the sale?”

Yes, we will provide light appetizers and beverages to our buyers and guests.


“Is there a fee to register as a bidder?”

No, there is no fee to register as a bidder, but there are certain requirements. Please see the Terms and Conditions page and the Bidder Registration page for more details.

“How do I register to bid online?”

Please click here to register to bid online. Registration for online bids will be accepted even during the live auction.


“When is the deadline to register as a phone bidder?”

Register as soon as possible to become a phone bidder. We will try to accommodate as many phone bidders per horse as possible but spots could fill up if demand is high.

“How will you know when to contact me if I’m a phone bidder?”

Give us a list of the horses you are interested in and we will ensure someone contacts you by phone during the bidding of the horse(s) prior to your designated lot choices. This ensures that you are live and on the phone with us from the moment your horse steps in the ring.


“What happens if I want to provide a personal check at the time of the auction? I want to pick up my new horse on Monday but my check won’t clear the bank by then. Will you release the horse on Monday?”

You can provide a personal check, cashiers check or credit card information for registration for the sale. Before your horse is released from the farm, we must have secured funds. On Monday, you may provide cash, cashiers check, credit card authorization or have your bank fax us confirmation of a wire transfer and we will release your horse.

“Can I pay by credit card?”

Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover for payment.

“What is the cost of the "daily board" referred to in the Terms and Conditions?”

Daily board will be assessed to the new buyer of any horse that remains on the property after 6:01 p.m., June 2, 2013, unless special arrangements have been made. Daily board is $ 35.00 per day.

“If we don't pick up our horse until Tuesday afternoon, we will incur two day of board. “

Yes, you will be assessed a fee of $70.00.


“Is shipping available for my horse to my location?”

Yes, our official auction shipping agent is American Horse Transportation. They are on stand-by and prepared to ship horses to any location throughout the USA and Canada. Please contact Brittany at 1-800-991-9770 for more information. There are also other national carriers who have regular routes from the Northwest.

Let us know where you are located and we will do our best to assist you in finding the best option.

“I am bringing my trailer to the sale. Do you have a parking area for trailers?”

Yes, there will be designated trailer parking at the facility. Please look for the signs.

“Can I stay in my living quarters on the farm?”

Yes, but bring your own generator. The farm cannot provide electrical hookups.
