2006

La Jolla is certainly a gem with an awesome mind and great potential. She is the ideal amateur horse. This trustworthy mare, currently ridden by a 13 yr old, is calm and quiet with a smooth, comfortable ride. Her lovely canter stands out in a crowd and scored her high 60’s in her first show. She is a patient learner who is steady and easy in the bridle. Her three solid gaits with natural carriage make her well-suited for the hunter or dressage ring. If you are ready to show, this mare will take you to many blue ribbons!

Jewel’s sire is the champion stallion Linaro. He is known for producing beautiful babies that move. EM Pikante’, this mare’s dam was the first mare in North America to score an overall 8 in her American Hanoverian Society Mare Performance Test. She received an 8 in every category. An exceptional producer, Pikante' s offspring have successfully competed in the USEF Festival of Champions, USDF Horse of the Year, and two Horse of the Year Finalists!

La Jolla SF is a half sister to our licensed AHS stallion Ramzes SF.

Linaro is Mr. GQ of the Verband stallions. He has no self image problems! As champion stallion of his 100 Day test in 1991. Linaro went on to the German riding horse championships in Verden.

Linaro produces just about more Premium foals every year than anyone else. His offspring are characterized by their legginess and unmistakable beauty. He is also able to pass on his dark brown color, huge, elastic movement and jumping prowess. Linaro produced the 1997 Holsteiner Champion Stallion at the approvals in Neumunster, Germany.

Of all Holsteiner stallions presented to the Hannoverian Verband for approval as improvement sires , the Hannoverian Verband chose only Contender and Linaro. They chose Linaro because he adds ' elegance and movement', to warmblood mares.

EM Pikante’ is was the first mare in North America to score an overall 8 in her American Hanoverian Society Mare Performance Test. She received an 8 in every category. In her mare inspection, she received an overall 8 with a 9 for the walk. EM Pikante’ was one of the original mares selected for the AHS Jumper Breeding Program. An exceptional producer, Pikante' s offspring have successfully competed in the USEF Festival of Champions, USDF Horse of the Year, and two Horse of the Year Finalists!
